Looking at your children's books
Next Friday we will be sending home your child's Maths and English books. We want to share the books with you on a more frequent basis. Our aim is for you to be aware of the progress that your child is making. (Mrs Bradshaw will send further details next Friday)
Parents’ Evening – Book Your Slot!
Appointments are filling up fast! If you haven’t booked yet, please make sure to secure your slot as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
They take place on Wednesday 22nd October and Thursday 23rd October. This is a valuable opportunity for you to meet with your child’s class teacher and discuss their progress.
How to Book:
Parents can sign up for a 10-minute session with the class teacher via Arbor. The booking link will go live today at 4pm.
We encourage all parents to book early to secure a convenient time. If you have any questions or need assistance with Arbor, please contact the school office.

Reading Reminders
Please ensure your child reads regularly and has their reading diary signed at least four times each week. This helps us support their progress and build strong reading habits.

We’re proud of the strong start our children have made this term. Despite a brief setback in Year 1 due to several cases of chickenpox, attendance across the school remains encouraging.

Hello to yellow day - Friday 10th October
At Heathfields we want to join in with World Mental Health Day. The children will participate in a variety of activities throughout the week about being happy and healthy. We will mark the end of the week with the children being able to come to school in non-uniform wearing yellow or other bright colours!
